Terms and Conditions

Equipment purchased from Toolbank may be returned, with rental charges deducted, while spare parts are non-returnable.
Refunds will be issued upon inspection for external damages, with repair charges deducted as applicable.
Skilled Workers serves as an informational platform and does not bear responsibility for any inaccurate commitments or agreements between parties.
Skilled Workers are committed to offering a dependable and informative environment for equipment transactions.
Our policy allows for equipment returns with rental charges deducted, while spare parts are non-refundable.
Refunds are contingent upon verifying the absence of external damages, with repair costs subtracted if needed.
Our aim is to uphold transparency and provide a favorable user experience for all.
Shipping charges will be additional, and TECHNOBEST ENTERPRISES PVT LTD will handle shipping directly during the initial stage of this startup. Once the initial stage of the startup is complete, TECHNOBEST ENTERPRISES PVT LTD will provide shipping details and options. Rest assured, we will work closely with you to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process.

For Sales products, any welding machine brought on this platform can be returned any time and refund will be processed after deducting Rent @ Per Day.
For Rental products, after deducting rent per day, Security Deposit will be refunded duly after receiving the equipment without external damage.
Repair parts are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds will be processed only after confirmation that the product shows no signs of external damage or tampering with the warranty sticker.

We will be using state transport for shipping, and clients will have to collect their orders from the designated depot within Andhra Pradesh.
Shipping charges will be added separately and should be paid by the client upon receiving their order.
Our shipping services are managed manually by TECHNOBEST PVT LTD.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please note that shipping charges for both delivery and return will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, no shipping charges will be deducted.
In every event of cancellation, please note that a banking charge will be deducted as an order processing fee.
